Adalilar Estate Agency was established in 1993 and since then has built up a well respected reputation in the area. As one of the original licensed Estate Agencies we have a vast knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the business having sold in excess of 1000 properties to date. The company is owned by Mustafa Calgir who is also a partner in Star building company which was established in 1995. Reinold Oerters, a German architect joined the team in 2001 further adding to the specialist services offered to customers.
We were the first company to specialise in the construction of stone houses in the area. These properties are impressive and unique in design and built to individual purchaser's request. We are also the ONLY constructor of Timber Houses as we are licensed by the Nascor Company which originated in Canada and supplies the Timber House materials direct to us. There are a variety of models to choose from and the insides are built to the buyers own wishes.
